At Live to Learn Education we recognise that home education and EOTAS can feel like a lonely and isolating journey; therefore, we have worked hard to offer as many peer learning, and social interaction opportunities as possible!
Our group sessions are offered as a 1:6 ratio; with our primary and outdoor groups being a slightly higher ratio as we have larger spaces to work in. We find that our low ratios allow enough collaboration between peers, while also enabling positive relationships to be built between our tutors and young people.
Group sessions are a great way to supplement home education and independent academic studies, by encompassing peer discussions, having professional academic input and support, and by feeling part of a community with others who are choosing a non-mainstream option.
